Description the OBD Dice 2015A tool :
Diagnostic Communication De-equipment, is a tool that is used with all-in-one to communicate with the vehicle.We don't sell dumb dice which was returned from J2534, because that doesn't support full functions and update. Communication allows vehicle diagnosis and troubleshooting.
The dice have a built-in CARB cable, which is connected to the vehicle's diagnostic socket. When connected to the vehicle, the dice receive power as long as the battery is charged.
The dice have a folding hook which is designed to hang the device from one of the vehicle's grab handles for example.
The dice are equipped with four status LEDs that indicate status, USB communication and interface to the car.
At one end of the unit there is a DC input where a battery cable or adapter (12V) can be connected. The adapter is used when upgrading and troubleshooting dice.
On the other end of the unit there is a removable cover which could be removed by turning the screw on the cover.
Need of the OBD Dice 2015A tool on the computer:
1. It must be professional windows 7 operating system
2. It must be Internet Explorer9 or more
3. Valid computer memory (RAM) need more than 3 grams
4. C:// must have 40 GB of space
5. Must install on C://
6. It must be in NTFS format.
Question: if “communication tool” displays “X”
Answer: just run the file for 32 bit systems or for 64 bit system. The files are located in the installation->uses folder. Just run these files as administrator and everything works fine now!
Question: During installation, there is an error “security OK but not OK”. How to solve the problem?
Answer: you need to install it on Win7 32-bit computer.
Question : Do the dice have coding programming function? Is it possible to change the language in the instrument cluster?
Answer:no, it's a complete scanner for old and new cars, but it can't program or change language.
Question : I'm using 2014D with dice, and I'm curious to know in which module I can change the "auto-lock by speed" function?
Answer: vYou must be able to read/write DIM and ICM flash memories. You have two options. Either do the recharging at a local dealer, or someone who has an autologic interface. You can also purchase an interface that can read/write DIM but not ICM.
Question : when I use it, I have difficulty communicating with all the modules in the car. Some modules like the ECU, are not in the networks, but I have connection with climate control, CEM and front doors etc. In network screen, I have red ECU and TCU and text without communication.
Answer:we know that the dice is a J2534-2 compatible, while Avdi is only a J2534-1 compatible, which causes no communication with all modules. I use a dice clone and my clone is full of chip 1:1 like real. I started with 2008 versions and have upgraded one by one to 2014d version now.
(The default shipment is 2014D Multi3 version, does not support German, Finnish, Dutch and Turkish languages.)
