Important Tips:
Close all antivirus software before installing the software. The 64-bit version is not compatible.
If you have already used the older version of CAN Clip and want to upgrade to a newer version, follow these instructions: before using a new version, select “update”, do not use the computer for one minute , the update will be available only once and cannot be canceled.
When you connect the device to the car, make sure the car voltage is above 13V.
Do not install the old and new versions on the same computer. If you need to install both versions, please remove all old versions from the computer. Otherwise, it may damage the device.

The hardware seems to be of very good quality and after installing Windows 7 32 bits: I was able to install the software and activate it (probe registration until 12/31/2029). The probe and software work and I have not had any disconnection of communication with the vehicle. Fred 57.
